Probes and pogo pins metallurgy analysis to include nanocoatings to function as electrical "tunneling", electrical insulators and mechanically functional during test. Major breakthroughts are Solder Testing Optimization, W-Cu composites and Pd land testing. These areas are currently undertaken.
